A stadium is much more than just an architectural space.

It is a living place, pulsating with emotion, embracing and preserving passions, voices, and memories. It is the beating heart of personal experiences and recollections which, woven together, shape a collective history.

From 30 May 2025, MAXXI in Rome opens its doors to Stadiums. Architecture and Myth, an exhibition that explores the stadium as a symbol and as a space of encounter, identity, and belonging. A collective narrative composed of stories, emotions, legends, and memories.

And to truly complete this narrative, we need your voice too, because every experience is unique, and together, they can become History.

Add your emotion to our story

To contribute to this collective story, we are asking for two things (one will do just fine):

Your video* testimony 

of your most unforgettable 

stadium moment

Your favourite moments,

photos or videos captured live

With a simple selfie-style video, tell us about the memory that still makes your heart race: a long-awaited concert, your first time at a stadium – and yes, even your favourite team scoring that unforgettable goal.

What matters most is that it’s genuine and heartfelt.

It could be a photo from the stands, a video of you singing from the terraces, or a snapshot from beneath the stage during a concert. Once again, you’re free to choose what kind of content you’d like to share with us.

In both cases, we’ll ask for your consent to use the material.

And if you wish, you can also share it on your social media, tagging @museomaxxi and using the hashtag #alcentrodiognistoria – but wait for the exhibition to open!

*A few video tips: preferably vertical (selfie mode is fine), avoid background noise, and make sure the lighting is good.
